Injuries in sport

Every four years, the Olympics return, and the Olympic motto of altius, citius, fortius can be heard again in allies might. High level sport is fun to watch, but harder to participate in. Modern Olympic athletes are the best of the best, are gifted, and have dedicated good part of their life to achieve athletic excellence. All this comes at a stiff price: they may suffer from a greater incidence of injury.
